We use a variety of techniques to image and characterize samples. High resolution imaging can resolve individual atoms. Cryo-EM can reveal structures and molecular interactions of biological complexes.

The website's header had cryoelectron microscopy as the most important keyword. It was followed by UCSD, University of California San Diego, and Biology which isn't as ranked as highly as cryoelectron microscopy.
