The national RAC rollout out must now be put on hold pending the GAO appeal decision. A decision must be made by April 16th. The four regional Recovery Audit Contractors will continue auditing DMEPOS claims until the national RAC contractor is finalized. Stay tuned for additional guidance as it becomes available.
